Coming up with your own wedding centerpiece ideas can be really tough, and that is increasingly true for people who haven’t spent much time developing their creative side (which is most of us, actually). Internet era is truly a magnificent one, as it allows ordinary people like me and you to find any kind of information in a matter of seconds. Now what you do with this information – borrow it or not – is up to you, but in our opinion, the ideas that will be presented below are very good and will decorate almost any kind of wedding ceremony.
Let’s start with the introduction to one of our favorite composition called “the nature’s motif”. As the name implies we will be creating a mini-scene that embodies the beauty of the mother nature herself. You can think of this composition as a mini-botanical garden that is put on the top of your wedding table. You will need many flowers, fern, grass and possibly mini-lamps, although the latter is not necessary and we advise you to stick with only the first three. Put the flowers in pots and decorate them with grass and fern. If you do it correctly, they will create a very “forest” looking composition, which is ideal for summer weddings. You can go even more creative by putting letters near the pots that would each say “Please Choose Me” as if they were little fairies waiting to be picked by a chivalrous human being.
Our next motif is called “candles theme” and as you can guess, this one incorporates candles (we hope that no one is disappointed by our strategy of naming our ideas). This motif works especially well in rooms and environments that are not very well lit – for example during late evenings. There are no rules to which candles to buy, so you are free to experiment here all you like – just remember that if you place mirrors near your candles the effect of the whole composition will be improved dramatically. Simple, yet an effective idea for your wedding centerpiece.
Another one of our favorite wedding centerpiece ideas on a budget – the “container” motif. It is hard to call it a very creative idea, but it is definitely very efficient, while being very cheap. Basically pick a basket and put sugar, coffee or tableware items inside. The more – the better. You can also put flowers, as they also fit. Maybe a message that would say something cute. A lot of room for imagination, in other words.
Try to look into wedding forums for more ideas not only for wedding centerpieces, but for the solutions of your other wedding problems, as well – for example, finding good all inclusive wedding cruise packages and etc.
