Let’s face it; men generally are at the wrong end of a lot of jokes when it comes to cooking. Some people don’t take us seriously enough. However there are several types of things that men can cook, that are fairly easy, and that are impressive to many people. A few great ideas for cooking are pork chop recipes and stir fry recipes.

Pork chop recipes

Pork chop recipes are fairly easy for any guy to cook. For the most part, a lot of the recipes involve the seasoning of a nice piece of pork and frying it up. Some people choose to have the bone in the pork and some people decide to go bone out. Regardless, the only thing a guy really has to do is pay attention to how quick the meat is cooking. The only thing that you really have to do is make sure you don’t totally dry the meat out and you will make a tasty pork chop. While the same can be said for many different types of meat, the quality of pork can really much stand on its own. If you over cook the pork you run the risk of drying out the meat and the quality is instantly lost.

Stir fry Recipes

Stir fry recipes are also very easy for guys to make. While the end stir fry might look like a complex combination of vegetables and meat, the work to make it is not that hard. The biggest part of stir fry is the preparation of the ingredients. Generally you want to cut a lot of the stir fry recipes into bite size portions and add them into the wok at appropriate times. Different ingredients cook at different rates and you want to try and make sure you add things at the right times. However, the recipes generally outline when and when you should not add things and they are easy to follow.
